It came to our attention that our point of sale system and credit card processing company were not communicating thoroughly with each other. This resulted in a number of missed credit card transactions over the course of the last 6 to 8 weeks. As a result, you may notice some Civil Lounge charges coming through on your credit or debit card. These charges are completely legitimate. The security of our sales system was never compromised at any point in time.
Nevertheless, if you would like copies of your receipts, please email the last 4 digits of the credit or debit card in question along with your name, phone number and the basic time frame of your visit to email@example.com. We will need a few days to provide you the information, as we will have to manually review a few thousand sales transactions.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, but rest assured we are working diligently with our point of sale and credit card processing providers to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
